This ongoing project includes civil and  works for the entire infrastructure, which has two levels of offerings, including the central atrium, thrill district, festive district, wonder district, wellness district, and food district. There is also one level of the basement parking facility.

This project includes 1,999 uniquely designed properties, including townhomes, duplexes, and villas. These will be constructed in four sections, together with supporting infrastructure like roads and other services. While offering the essential skills and resources, SP International is addressing the design, construction, execution, and completion of the whole infrastructure.

A 92-bed facility in Jeddah that provides both primary care and a wide range of secondary outpatient services in all therapeutic specialities. Additionally, SPINT covers the documentation and permit-purchasing procedures for material procurement, installation, and construction.

The main features of this project include 170,000 m3 and 30,000 m3 concrete circular city , a twin-pipe utility corridor, a PV solar system. and a chlorination system.

The main tower features a data centre, a sports centre, and a parking lot in addition to a 25-story office block with a 15-story west block and a 13-story east block with a podium. The project includes supply and installation, civil and finishing, aluminium, waterproofing, a geogrid system, site development, MEP work, etc.

In Al Khobar, this 80-metre-tall tower has 17 floors that house hotel apartments, dining establishments, and retail stores. The project included the design and construction of a mixed-use property with all the necessary facilities.

A mixed-use building was constructed in Jeddah for the planned satellite city of Mayasem. Infrastructure projects such as main trunk roads, east and west external roads,  networks, rainfall lines, street lighting, hardscape, walkways, etc., were all constructed by SPINT as part of this project.

This is a 25-story commercial building built by SPINT for Al-Reziza Trading & Contracting Co. in Al Khoubar, Al Sharqiyah, Saudi Arabia, on the Dammam-Al Khobar route.

The 36-story Al Abdul Karim Tower (AKH Tower) was built as the corporate office for wholesaler Al Abdul Karim Holding Company by SPINT.

The new headquarters Building complex constructed for Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh comprises four typical office towers, basements, a common central podium, a restaurant and recreational building, two service buildings, two community buildings, car parking, and six guard houses with all facilities.

This 5-star Marriott Hotel and Executive Apartments were built for Dur Hospitality Company in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter by SPINT.

SPINT built the 125-room Stay Bridge Suites for Al Khorayef & Sons Group in Al Khobar, Dammam.
